| Link lengths?
Hey all, just started my new TJ build, with a converted Tamiya YJ Body. I was wondering; How do I know how long to make my links (both the upper and lower). Thanks in advance. Cheers, Hammer |

Measure twice, cut once, per your body's wheelbase, pinion angles, driveshaft interference, and steering. I've found there is no standard, if you're building something other than a stock scx10, you have to be willing to experiment.

Lowers first - They set your Wheel base unless your talking extreme pinion angles. Uppers set your pinion angle. Jobs good! |

I measured mine a couple of times and made them a tad longer than what was needed and then test fit them. Most of them were to long so I ground them down a little at a time until I was where I wanted to be. It's a pain in the a$$ making links, but once you have them made you can make them a little easier and faster next time.
