|  when was the first SCX10 released?
first came the AX10, then the SCX10. the Honcho was the first SCX10 right? does anyone know the release date or year of the first SCX10? |

Not sure on a date but the first scx10 had the Betty body and green links, as I recall

I thought this was the first? Axial Racing - Axial SCX10 - 1/10th Scale Electric 4WD Truck - Kit - No Electronics That's the one I got, and thought the Honcho came next, and then the Dingo. Oops...I just saw someone beat me with the link. |

yeah i would have lost money on that one too. i though the betty body was on a AX10 chassis too. i wonder when the AX90007 was released. i can find threads in the AX10 section from 08 asking if its out yet. i thought the honcho came before the dingo? |

The Betty was AX10, the Kustom Retro is more an old F series, not the Betty (Power Wagon), 2 different bodies.  |

Oh yeah that's right the CF-100 body and the kit had grey links I had my thoughts crossed

| Re: when was the first SCX10 released?  That was the first scx-10. I got that one when they first came out. I believe it was early 2009 or maybe late 2008. Then I think was the RTR Dingo and the kit Honcho.. Then they switched and did kit Dingo and RTR honcho. Then the Jeep craze. |

Going by the first post in our SCX-10 picture archieve, it appears we were getting them in the end of January 2009.
