| newb question
not really sure if this is the right place to put this, but I just bought a used wraith, definitely needs some work, but i figured it would be a good way to get into the sport as I dig into it. I got the electronics put into it, stock motor and electronics with a venom 4 channel 27 mhz radio with new batteries. I got a new charger and charged up the traxxas 3700 nimh battery that came with the truck. took it outside to play and it would jump to life then barely move or not at all. steering and throttle basically didnt work. then it would start working again and it would jump back and forth. im new to crawlers and rc stuff in general. does this sound like a bad battery or what? I brought the esc into a shop when I first got it and he plugged it into a comp and said it looked like it would work. what should I do next? |

It could be the receiver. I would bind the receiver to the transmitter then calibrate the esc. Also check all solder joints
