I like it. There are too many jeeps out there now with the axial offerings and the sawback jeep. I would like to see more pictures of the front and back of the truck.

It does not look like it has leaves so that's a bonus.

I'm not sure how you can tell, but I guess seeing what isn't there is to contemplate a zen koan . It would be cool if it was based on the sawback chassis, and you could buy the axle/suspension set up and switch back and forth between a factory leaf set up and a factory link set up.

I'm hoping no leaves also.. I'm fairly new to crawling but there seems to be a huge market gap for a linked crawler with a hardbody or atleast a very detailed truck one...

Looks good, but fords either look really good with the detail or they look too generic. That photo leaves a lot to be desired.

I'll go out on a limb and say that the body may be a hard body from a toy manufacturer as it has the same basic details as one I have sitting here except for the rack and snorkel. Sent from my GT-I9507 using Tapatalk |

I don't think it's a hard body. It looks pretty thin. I bet it's just a generic body looks to me kinda Chevy-ish with ford fenders.

new pic: https://instagram.com/p/59RdzHCg0E/ Looks like a sawback esc/receiver cover. It does look like maybe a hint of a link from the skid plate roller slot lots of folks have used as a link mount. Maybe. Kinda. |

Yup, no more leafs thats for sure. https://instagram.com/p/6CeAUKCg8h/?taken-by=gmadekorea I just dont understand why GMade named their newest car "Komodo", as its the name of other crawler from the past.. KOMODO XL 2.2 Scale Metal Crawler Truck RTR 2.4 GHz Radio - Scale Crawler R/C Trucks - The Model Train Place I would say that thats a naming fail. |

Surely they had lawyers check of Komodo (which is a cool name, fwiw) was still trademarked for use with rc cars and models. I think the lanham act applies even if not. Maybe we will see it renamed "Project Komodo", and the car released with a different name.
