Dlux Fab question

Hello community, I've got a question regarding Dlux Fab. I put in an order with them on November 10th and as of now, I've not heard anything from them besides my order confirmation email (and of course, the order being paid in full.). Is this usual? What is a typical delivery time for them?

I ordered on the 10th. On the 14th, since I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email, I emailed asking if I could change the color on some dravtech shocks. I heard nothing from them. No biggie. On the 17th, I emailed again just asking about the status of my order. Again, I heard nothing. Their website says items get shipped in 2-3 days for in stock items, which my order was. Though to be fair, I did get the built shocks option and the website does state those orders would take longer. But still, they're just shocks...

Anyway, I'm stoked to receive the shocks, just wondering how long I gotta wait. I don't think asking for a status update after 7 days is unreasonable. Now, 10 days later with no response, I'm here looking for reassurance from others that the shocks are the bee's knees and totally worth the wait.
