why is it so hard for people to admit that they have been beaten by a "lesser" crawler?...so what if it was a nylint...if your a good driver it doesnt matter what your rig is or how much it cost to build....isnt it all about the spirit of the comp anyway?..........just a thought

Sorry about that TC, I am still trying to get real names with internet names sorted out?. I forget his name? You know the guy with the real nice nylint crawler, Mike I think?? I thought he was BigJ ?. I know he only dropped 4 on the tougher course. But he goofed up and accedently hit two markers on the other one. Like you said before, "depends on the day you are having"

Oh yea, TC this is a nylint forum, and you are not allowed over here with your big bad clod

(I see now, MikeH is the nylint guy? he got 6th, sorry)

Eh, well we were disqualified, so 4th and 7th don't count, but thanks! (not sure how they would handle tie's?) Who got 11th with a nylint?

Well not bad though for our first event? ,2 more nylints(would have placed) in the top 10? There were 5 or 6 in the whole event.

Next one though .............
N0 1 BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:-P

SHHHH! I am working on that helium mod that those boy from down south have where their crawlers actually levitate!!

i didnt call anyone a liar...i asked why it was soo hard for you so called "professional" crawlers to admit that a nylint with a good driver could beat you on any given day everyone has their day, why is it so hard to imagine a nylint being a comp crawler?

I own, & I've competed against Nylint's (including Mike's & Derek's)...

...That's why...

We all have been beaten by a nylint up here. Mike has won with his nylint before, but his truck is very very far from a nylint. I really wouldn't even consider it a Nylint anymore. But yet, Mike knows how to drive very well.

Tom, Yes Mike and Derek are the ones with the Nylints. Mike is the older guy that has the shaved head..He was not in my group, so not sure if he ran the nylint or not.. and No reason to be sorry at all. Cause I sure wont be sorry when I beat you again at the next event

Lord willing I will be there. I hope its alot tougher, places where you need wheel speed, and some straight up ledges would be cool! . I am new, but I practice hard .

But whatever is laid out I am sure will be fine.

Actually I hope I get my butt kicked! That way I can learn just what I need to do for the next one.

THE BUS BODY came from a raido shack close out I believe, bought 4 of them.
