I think you are being a little hasty on that. They are transitioning to a new site, and that has affected some orders one of mine included (it shipped yesterday). I have dealt with them many times, and they have always come through. Maybe they know who you are and they are adding some PIA time to your order. Throwing around terms like fraud is out of line in this case.

I ordered a set of RC4WD Leaf Spring Wedges which were on backorder. The parts did not arrive after about two months so I contacted RC4WD via email. I was told the parts were shipped, and most likely lost in transit I suppose. Anyway, RC4WD made it right and sent another set which made it to my door two weeks later.

ya im not sure what to think im now in a perdicament with usps because my parts never showed up but it says tht they were delivered and they said that they picked em up a day before rc4wd said they wer sent but what ever im over it.
