Yep, i know, but i was just using what i had, this was all stuff i had laying around, the only thing i bought specific for this project was the standoffs.

I actually ordered some new bearings to do this with a single plate, it should be much easier because the standoffs will be the right length without spacing them out, will likely do a follow up vid of another T case using the Right parts, instead of what i have available, I also have some 1/8" G10, i was thinking that'd be a better material for this project too, just need to find someone with a drill press to do it right, i wish i had room for one..

Brilliant, I like that it's open. Easy maintenance, or none at all.. Great Ingenuity! It's even easy to adapt this to a reduction box with some different size pinions. I am not learned in bearing sizes, what would be the spec for a flanged bearing? I know 5x11 but I am not sure what it would be for a flanged sizing. something like these? http://www.ebay.ca/itm/10-PCS-MF115z...item43bf2c6d53

Any plans on how to mount that thing?

5x11x whatever, the width wont really matter for the flanged bearing, ideally you'd like 3mm to be the same width as the 1/8 plate, but 4mm would be fine too.

For mounting i am not sure, i was thinking just drill sideways though the standoffs and run a 3mm bolt through it, or tap it to 3mm, or just use a zip tie aroudn the whole thing, lots of options, i have even drilled a hole between the 2 plates before and tap that, so it's like half thread on each plate, works fine.

I think I will build the outside with "L" angle aluminum, which will create a 90 degree surface for mounting.
