Default Explanation needed

I am some what new here but I need to know the answer to a question. I already know that 1.5, 1.9, 2.2 are related to wheel size, But I hear of guys talking about different classes. My question is can someone explain to me what these classes are, what is the difference in the classes. I have been hearing about class 0, class 1, and class 2. It's ok guys go ahead and

There are alsot the USRCCA rule sets. For pure non-scale comp crawlers but there have been some new classes added latley that are including "scale-ish" type trucks.
