Default Axial SCX10.2 / Traxxas TRX4

Hello all.
I had my first ever rock crawler earlier this year but sold it as I wanted to work on my petrol RC car a lot more but now I've decided to go on and buy a new scale, rock crawler.
I am looking at doing a Jeep Wrangler scale build with scale accessories.*

Similar to the one in this picture.
It's a SCX10 Jeep Wrangler build.

It looks amazing, just not sure if to buy a TRX4 or a SCX10.2 what would you get?
Problem with TRX4 a Jeep Wrangler body will be kinda difficult to fit because of the wheelbase etc.

Wheelbase can always be adjusted.

What has better support in England - Axial or Traxxas?

To be honest not sure as rock crawlers in the UK are very popular.
If I shorten the wheelbase the bumper and so on will look out of place with the body right?

When there's a will there's a way. If you look around this site you will see that rock crawlers or scalers are full of very creative guys. If something doesn't fit or work together they will make it fit.

Hello mate. In the UK too and was having this dilemma too!.. See my "most capable scale crawler " thread....

I think both are an excellent purchase.

Double post - oh not cool. That's a good way to make enemies on this forum.
