There's one guy that I know of that distributes them in the US. He owns a HobbyTown I believe.

What are your thoughts on it? I have a friend that has 2 and he loves them. And he says how they are higher quality than his RC4WD rigs especially in the hardware department.

The trailer is excellent quality. Leaf sprung and came with a light kit. My 11 year old was reasonably challenged with the build, but he did it with minimal help.

The plastics are ABS I believe. Its heavy duty stuff.

I wouldnt hesitate to buy from Cross RC.

His first build was a CC-01 Unimog. He pulls it with that. He likes having the Slickrock in the back so we gonna build some loading ramps so it can be driven up. The plan is to hinge the back of the trailer.

That crossRC looks good I have to say..

Certainly a good base to start with"thumbs"

As others have said, we need a better look at it. Certainly battery location may need some work and then not sure if it has a cms or its sat on that 4 front link location - hard too see..

Wonder when it'll be out?..

I was really looking forward to it, so much so I looked into a US distributor and contacted CrossRC... and then I ran across this and totally deflated that

I have seen that before, either ebay auto calculated the shipping, or they put them at a ridiculously high price so no one buys, but it gets people on the watch list. Normally they don't have it in stock yet. When they do get it in stock they change the pricing, and everyone on the watchlist gets a notice from ebay that the price has dropped or is on sale.

Yeah, the pricing aint real... Normally pay $30 max from Hong Kong to UK through RCMart....

You can see the lean bodied one advertised below it - $699 vs $799

Insane pricing. It confirms what I saw yesterday on Aliexpress where it was priced at 1000.00 Canadian dollars.

No thanks

Wait until they're in the US. The price will go down.

take the shipping out of the equation, and say they offered a 25 percent drop over what is advertised... is it a 600 dollar plus actual shipping truck? I don't know if anyone opened the actual link, and it may be a breakdown in language barrier, but it also states "this is a kit" like 4 times. That means no electronics. Good and bad, but is it then a 5-600 dollar kit? So you're still into it 7-800 after electronics? I think you could build a hell of an ascender, trx4, scx10.2, bomber, basically whatever you wanted for that. I don't know. Time will tell, I'm not nearly as excited now though.

I doubt it's going to end up at that price point. I would assume it's going to be more in line with their other models:

I picked up a Cross-rc HC-6 kit this summer. You are going to pay more for a kit, but you will get alot of metal parts and more detail in the model then you will get from any other kit. I do not regret spending the money on the kit.

399 is the cheapest you could get a kit with a hard body.
