I guess I never really gave a servo saver much thought... what exactly would be the use of it tho... I run one on my brushless drifter incase I hit the wall... but with the crawler I figured it wouldn't need one....

been gone for a while... my crawlers got a new pairs of shoes.. and body.. I recently bought a MADTRUCK, and it sercome to its injuries from a 2 foot jump, first run destroyed it.. so now its rims/tire and body are on my WK crawler.. the smaller body fits between the tires during flexing better then the larger proline h2 body I had... hopin to get some video of it out and about soon...might hook up rear steer soon too.... |

| been quite some while...
well a friend got my playin with my crawler again... its been collecting dust for a few months now... bought house, new trucks and more guns... no time for it... until now was a length 14.5 inches long... now its just a hair over 12" long.. I shortend the side plates down so all the links/shocks moved in about an inch made a quick rear steer setup with some ol' body metal and parts i had layin around the garage.... isn't too bad i guess... thats the lipo alarm hangin out the front... just runnin a 850mah 2C lipo from my crashed heli.. gives me bout 10-15 minutes run time... might be less now with the extra servo onboard... I really don't like the remote Iam using... used a 6ch ESKY remote from the crashed bird... has a POT knob at the top of the remote.. i used that channel for the rear steer.. hard to control.. but is proportional.. not just lock to lock... which is what i might swap to... wire up my 3ch TQ3 i have on my drift truck... meh... that seems like work tho.. |
