Do we know when the event is? I went to their facebook page and saw nothing in the 'events' section. I only half pay attention to that facebook stuff.

Yeah, as long as you follow SORCCA you'll be ok.

I'm considering running the Ford dually in Trail Rated Class... IDK though.
It'd be more competitive if I put some small 1.9's on it.

BTW, wtf are we doing?
Anyone interested in having a comp season?

me neither... or I guess we'd already have a season going.
At this point, the only reason I want a season at all is to stay sharp for ECSC.

I was thinking we still need to do the Cliffs TTC though.

I want the cliffs, and would like to have a few comps at buses, the beach, etc. Maybe not a hard core schedule.

The freezing cold is what's keeping me.. When it gets nicer, I'm gonna want to be out there.

Maybe we should start the season in late march. So we don't have all of out events in the sub-zero temps. Still have not received my stuff from rpp. Sat on the phone with USPS last night and was told I could pick it up on caroll ave today. They don't have it. Don't know where it is. I just emailed rpp about it. Not sure it's their problem anymore but they might be able to help. Maybe it will show up someday:(

When we did the polar temps had to be over 30deg. Playing in the snow was a bast.

Just to much work.

Yeah there's plenty of places here that powder coat here. The place I use to take car parts to had a 25$ minimum for 25$ they would do quite a bit of stuff. I'd say they would do that chassis with some other parts for 25$. I'm from Rockford though so you may want to find a place closer.
After building my C3 chassis, i told myself ill never build another one again. So i payed to have one built by a professional......

Im not interested in powdercoating, i can get it powdercoated for free while its out in CA. I want to see how tough cerakote really is.

I wanna do as many gtg's and comps as we can this spring/summer/fall. I was looking forward to a winter comp, but ECSC wore everyone out around here.

The 2015 season will be in AZ for me.
