I dont know.. It kinda sucks posting in threads that get might get deleted though. There is some useful information, questions & answers, pictures, etc. in there! it would suck to have these chit-chat threads deleted.

Here is a copy of the add: rbgerrish-Tammies Hobbies has/had them.

These bad boys are normally green, which is lame. We had 10 units anodized semi-gloss black, and now they are sexy. $65 each. These are the ones I ran on Hera, and Warpig ran on some of his rigs. They are stout, and have a removable 3rd to access the diff.

Tammie's accepts paypal or CC over the phone! We'll have to add $7.95 for shipping. Tammies number is 503-644-4535
Thanks!

I use axial XR-10 chubs, and VP knuckles, and lockouts. If rpp had the vp chubs in stock i would have bought them. But i am not unhappy having axial ones in the least. Just personal prefereance.

You have the axial xr-10 chubs. They are fine.. Better than plastic. The Axial & Vanquish brands probably have the best aluminum parts for axial axles right now.

Mayhem Monster EX's are very nice. I have one set that is 1" I'm ordering another set that are 1.25.

I can see the knuckles advantage as it raises the drag link and ditches the rear mounts, ackerman arms available.
I'm a fan of the VP Al parts. Honestly you can find cheaper parts. But IMHO is you set the two down side by side the VP stuff looks nicer and have better finish. I know a few have had bad experiences with VP. I've made multiple purchase from them and have been very happy with their service at every turn.

I know thier prices are higher it is because there is more machine time involved in making them. Look at the axle trusses. Compare the VP to say STRC.

Wraith Axle Truss

CNC Machined HD Alum. Front Servo Mount Block/Upper link mount, Axial Wraith (Black)

Before anybody says those are just bling you have to realize the stock axial upper link mounts are off a little so. Sorry I have a little bit of a engineering background and I get excited about beautifully machined metal... can you say fetish LMAO

Guys I need a little battery help. So I ran two 2S batteries in series in my Chevy yesterday to get 4S. Now my 606i is giving me an error saying balancer voltage is too low. I set the lipo cutoff to auto in the BRXL. I'm not sure what happened. Any ideas?

Also, is there a way for me to pull the balancer plug apart, hook aligator clips to the small wires and bring a cell up by itself? Is that an option and if so, how do you do it correctly?

It depends on how comfortable you are working with LiPo. I am ab Electrical Engineer and I don't mess with them. Way too easy to smoke them. But then again, for crawlers, I am a firm believer in cheap batteries and if I get one season out of them, I am happy. Value Hobbies in Bensonville can't be beat for value.

I run the same setup in my Wraith without any issues, just ALWAYS keep them in pairs and charge them on the same charger, one at a time. And always make sure the batteries are the same size, have the same rating and I recommend, the same manufacturer.

Yeah they're the value hobby batteries. They were cheap so I'm not that worried about it. Both were the exact same 2S 2200 mAh 30C. Maybe one wasn't fully charged to start or something. They're just not very old so I hate to just toss them.
