I think that's too old for me but that's a great price for a competent rig.

me neither. They did say they'd be racing indoors every other Saturday for the winter series.

That's what I am working on for the "Wild Bronco". With the way the cage is, the big tranny in there (still haven't gotten the Dinky GRU/transfer case) it really makes it hard to cram everything in there. But oh well!

Btw Johnny I ordered some of the slightly smaller line to see how it does. Will have to wind it up on the servo winch and see.

I need to get another winch working before the TTC.

No... can't seem to find them anywhere and WarPig's PM box is full; was gonna see if he was still making them or what.

Just something I cobbled together with some round plastic servo horns that was on the Wraith. The "Wild Bronco" has a 3racing one for now; don't feel like swapping out the winch yet - too much to do before the 22nd!

this i know. it will drag on until you get to the point where you just figure it to be 'scale enough'...

i literally spent 5 hours on saturday brazing the rear light hoop i posted before and 2 teeeny 3/8" long pieces of 1/8" rod up front. had a bitch of a time figuring out how to put those pieces in place and not have them fall or slip before i got the torch to them.

i think i have one more round of brazing to do on tinytim before i can call it 'done', but i'll wait till the next time i tear it down to do them. all the detail stuff like brazing on panel nuts, fleshing out interior panels, blah blah.

I did order some 2.2 revolver's for my Slash... I'm going to run some fat tires for the Trash Slash Bash & bbq. Maybe I should get a body too...
will those wheels work on the slash 4x4? i was gonna order some more bash appropriated wheels and tires today.
i was going to get these:
TowerHobbies.com | PRO1159-13 1159-13 Pro-Line Trencher SC 2.2"/3.0" M2 Mounted Slash (2)

but if i can use a standard 2.2 wheel i'll get some masher 2k's and call it good.

According to Jang, only the Wide versions work.
Here's the ones I bought:
RPM Revolver Wide Wheelbase Black Rock Crawler Wheels | eBay

If they have a 12mm hex, don't see why not.

I do have some Slash specific beadlocks that have Trenchers mounted on them.

I really wanted to buy Slash specific beadlocks so I could mount my PitBulls on them and still use them for TTC's and such but I didn't want to pay for them... so I believe my PitBulls will get a glue job... but the Wide Revolver might make a good TTC wheel anyway so I think I'll add a little weight in them before I glue them down.

"Slash specific" beadlocks, only ones I know of are ProLines, are 3.0/2.2 so won't work with any of the crawling 2.2 tires.

Standard 2.2 wheels I don't think will work on a Slash because of the way the c-hub is; but haven't really tried to see if there are clearance issues.
