Well, I'm committed to experimenting with titanium now. I never played with it before but, it's supposed to be a pain to machine. I ordered a 1" diameter round bar 12" long. It was about $110.00. A bar of the same size in aluminum would be about $7.00 and stainless steel about $25.00 which is why I buy those in 6' & 12' lengths. 6' of titanium is just under $500.00

Now, I just have to make something out of it, which will most likely be a ultra featherweight spool. And I already jumped the gun and ordered titanium hardware as well. We'll see what happens.

Nah, you were the winner man.... I scored it wrong, I thought it was just based on C3 which you won. But combined with your showing in C2, it meant you topped the charts!

That is right! So it was the inverse of what I said. Hoppty c2 win plus his placing in c3 actually gave him the overall! Doh!
