That's smart, cause I just started taking 2.2 seriously, lets hope light weight axles help.

I have found that if you take anything too serious, it stops being fun.

I found that if you have a hobby you enjoy and try to turn it into a business you lose the fun factor real fast.

I swapped out my 1.9 tires to a used set of flat irons I had. I ended up having to glue them to the beadlocks though... looks like crap but should hold. Dang beads just arent round! I have plans for new wheels so Ill swap to rovers when I do.

Would you like me to bring you a set of tires and wheels? Original set.

I'm good, I've got these working... I added 2oz of weight to each wheel too. Im thinking that might be too much but Ill find out. Im interested to see how well it does, it sure looks funny with those huge (4.20") flatirons.

I also modified the servo mount tocenter mount the servo. Its a temp fix but it was free. I gained a little bit of steering from it.

Are you sure? It wouldn't be any inconvenience to toss them in my bag.

Check out how I centered my mount when you see it.

Ive been mulling this over in my head for a couple comps now... I think we are going to try a new rule this weekend for "pro" class. 1.9 and sportsman will stay the same as usual.

The driver can designate 1 spotter. This spotter is the only person allowed to speak to the driver. (excluding judges) This means no giving advice, no geering etc.

Its going to be hard to keep our traps shut (I know it will be for me). Lets see how it goes and get some feedback after the comp. You wont be kicked out if you accidently say something but, you might be told to shut up or asked to go to the pit while the run finishes.

They have been in this local for about 2yrs... right off 94th. Huge store right down the road from the mall and their old local.

You going to try to make it out?
