Newbie here, still researching - haven't built one yet. I'm in Lawrence.

Curious if there is anywhere around the Indy area any of you guys regular. I wouldn't mind coming to see some rigs in person and talk to a few people as I figure out what I want to build...

I'm in SouthEast Indy area close to Beech Grove. I have no RIG:-(, so that's why I'm on this site researching and learning all I can. If there is a group or someone that has a place around town they go and wouldn't mind, I would love to watch and learn and check out the rigs. Hopefully in a month I'll have one. Send me a PM and let me know where you rig.

Ahh good old southside I grew up there.

Anyway, I've been told there is a place on Brookville Rd (US 52) around Shadeland/465 called Rox-Box but I don't know if it is open yet or what the details are, I've been trying to find out.

If you want signed up on our forum, I can set your acct. up. I can't remember if the automatic signup is turned on or not. TSC tends to get alot of spam.

There's a few of us that run on the west side in Brownsburg. Its on the TSC site as well!

Gonna be at the In laws then.....

Is it going to be open any other time than just comps? Any "free crawl" time? (and I don't mean free $$$$, I just mean open crawl).

Thumbs up

Extrememly NEW guy here who's been lurking and searching and reading and searching alot lately.

I'm looking to build up a Losi MRC into a Samurai to match my 1:1....if I can ever find a Samurai body.:?.

Maybe even a Duramax tow rig with a trailer too.

I'm about 65 miles East of Indy...right on I-70 in Richmond Indiana.

Thanks to everyone for all the great info, knowledge, specs, tips and tricks that I've seen on this site !

There are ALOT of EXTREMELY talented individuals that are regulars here.

Anyone know anywhere around Indy I can buy some delrin or ABS plastic or styrene or something along those lines this weekend? The stuff hobbytown has on their w website is too thin so I am expecting it will be the same in their store. I am making my own skid and need something 1/4" thick or so.

That's what I figured. The idea just came to me though

I have an autox this weekend and I need to work on my daughter's toy box, so it can wait, not sure if I'd have time to work on it anyway. I'll draw it up and let you know exactly what I need. I could use a cutting board but I can't bring myself to have a white belly:-P
