That 6x6 would look real hot with a working light kit on it, maybe a sound card too.

Sweet build!! I looks real heavy, but in the first set of videos it looks like it crawls well. I like the second set of wheels. With some wideners the stance would look just about perfect. IMO.

It isn't too bad at 13lbs including a 7 cells pack, considering my comp rig is almost 8lbs with a 6 cell & all of the wheel weight.

It does have wideners on the front. the cab is a bit wider than the rear because of the extended flares on the front fenders.

I really like your truck. I need to find one of those bodies for my 6x6. Anybody have an idea where to get one? You may have said this, but are you running an axial tranny?

I have received a few pm's about running gear, axles & details which I did not cover so I will post 1 of my replies with that info.

The stupid video still has not processed so I am going to upload it again.

They are Axial axles, for a 6x6 you will need 4 complete axles to make 3. When you join 2 drive halves together you need to VERY carefully shave the lip off of them with an exacto, if you shave too much the gears will bind.

All of my links are made by me using 1/8" stainless rod & the ends of the rod are threaded with a 6-32 nc die.

The running gear for this rig is a Tekin FXR & Novay 55T motor with a 7 cell pack.
