im in the process of building a 1/6 scale nylint looking to base it off my real 1:1 wrangler
[IMG][/IMG]

this is were i was at the first night of working on it. It started off as a 1/2x1/2 1/16 wall square tubing used a torch and to bearing races from a 99 f150 welded to a metal table to get my bends i wanted, then i cut it in half to get my 2 frame rails

i got some other stuff done last weekend hopefully get some more stuff done today and make it full roller

bought the tcase off amazon was 65 plus shipping i did some reading on it and i read that rc4wd buys some chinese stuff and rebrands it as a rc4wd. took it apart and looks exactly like the rc4wd one i very happy with it

got alot done the other night still a ton left to do. liking how it works and looks got my transmission last night I'm doing a 1:5 reduction unit i don't know what i should run yet for motor and speed control

got transmission mounted and part of a front bumper built
crawls awesome in low and has decent speed in high should be a great all around crawler once its finished

seen this the other day had to take a pic is was super clean

front bumper started too
