1/5th Hummer H1 Pickup

Hi

New here, heres the start of my project actual scale is 1/5.5
im wanting to build an all aluminium hummer H1 pickup like

but a bit more aggressive!

Starting with a Ansmann Hogzilla chassis planning on using independent suspension front and rear with a 2 speed drill gearbox and a centre diff. may lock all diffs for off roading if needed at a later date.
Here the start, using trencher x on 3.8" rims working out to a 38" tyre
Wheel base of 600mm and width of 400mm










plan for the chassis is 3"x2" alu channel, body hopefully 1mm alu sheet and fibreglass bonnet with full working lights with all body panels engraved in

plan on a 1:1 transfer case too

wont be a fast build but hopefully should be able to update regulary

any tips,hint, ideas greatly appreciated
