Default Do torsion chassis w/ a twist...

So I was looking at my torsion chassis and felt I wasnt getting enough flex. So I cut the rear torsion bars off, drilled out 2 holes and placed the 4 link and shocks in the rear. Has anyone done this before? I really like the way it crawls and handles now. I will get some pics up in the next day or 2

Did u boil it before u cut it?

5-7 min in a rolling boil does wonders for delrin.

I like the idea...especially for those who have the torsion chassis and an arm breaks. It would get you back out there wheeling

Nah, never boiled it, bought it used for like $8. It works great now though. I like the front to stay tight like a droop w/ rubberbands setup and the rear to move and keep everything planted.
