Default 57 chevy suburban

Started on a new one with a 57 suburban resin cast body finished with a 57 truck kit. It will sit on some boggers with wideners mounted to a Fungi leaf spring chassis. Not sure on the motor yet.

Finishing up the floor and seats then its ready for paint.

Very cool, do you have anything planned for under the hood?

Yes its a Flintstone cast and it is very clean, it had a few tiny bumps on the roof that sanded out flat but no bubbles and the kit parts are fitting perfectly.

Getting more done. Finished up the new floor

Couple of seats and dash painted up.

Mock up of the interior in the body.

Made some rock sliders. They are different mounts than real ones but kinda liked coming out of the body look.

I was able to lower the body a little more also

More progress on the burb!

Came up with a heavy duty front bumper that will help it push through but it still needs a little more.

Then I needed something to cover up all that roof space. So it was this or a mural

Getting closer to being trail ready.

Hmm! this looks ultra familiar ;) make sure to post some progress o micro rock crawlers and trail trekker army. I know quite a few Chevy boys on micro rock crawlers that would enjoy this build. (Both on facebook)
