I've been thinking of trying to mimic a matzilla style ultra4 chassis in micro size. This is giving me even more inspiration. Did you have to use a torch on any pieces or did the soldering iron do all of the job?

Did it all with the iron, i tried the torch and was about ready to quit much harder to do, "for me anyway", then talked to MG and he said the he does all his work with an iron and regular solder, so i grabbed a few scraps and gave it a try, and it worked and held strong, no using flux and trying to heat it real hot for expensive silver solder, just tin the pieces you want to join and lay the iron on it and it will flow together and be solid. give it a shot
