| I am not familiar with the Integy shocks, but I am using 3Racing shocks for the mini LST and they are working fine on my MRC.

I bought a set of the Hot Racing shocks from run2jeepin. There definatly worth the money and they really don't cost that much. I've had them on for about a month and like them alot.

The mini lst shocks look shorter then the stock mrc shocks. How does that change the trucks articulation?

They limit articulation, that's a good thing cuz the MRC has way too much stock. I'm running the Losi Mid-Late Model shocks, identical to crawlers but smaller. |

Yep, the MLM shocks work great, as do the Mini -T rears. I had trouble mounting the MLST ones, so I bailed on them. I know a lot of guys use them, but I didn;t see a good way to work the bottoms into the small axle mount ... Hey JeepinDoug! Where ya been!?! |

What's up Jake, haven't been able to leave my area for a while but I do have work getting done on all my junk. I stole your idea on the shocks when I checked your MRC thread, that mini is bad ass. I need to up the oil in these shocks though, way too thin. |

So here is my nube review of shocks.. Stock Losi Shocks...plastic leaky mess, but worked good for a while with no preload clips! Losi Threaded Aluminum Shocks...plastic tips!?!?! BOO LOSI!!! pretty smooth, works very well! But plastic tops are suspect...add alum tops and this is the winner Hot Racing Alum shocks...SICK!!! ALL ALUMINUM...Comes with 2 sets of springs...run soft all the way around except the left rear. All three work, but the Hot Racing shocks will last longer with the mounting system, just with they were as smooth as the losi's alum shocks! |

I saw the Hot Racing shocks at the last Colorado comp. I think BILLYGOAT was running them. I almost ordered a set, but decided to get the Losis instead. Just like you I was very dissapointed to see the plastic tops. Now I wish I had ordered the Hot Racing shocks. I bought aluminum shocks because I kept breaking the stock plastic upper mount. I'd rather have a shock that doesn't break. It doesn't matter how smooth it is if it can't stay on the car. | |

Im running mini LST shocks. So far so good, no leaks and user friendly. I havent used any others on my MRC except for the stock shocks. The mini LST shocks drop down the CG and make the MRC much more functional on the rocks.

I'm using HR's. They are smooth, but needed a little "break in" time. Be careful with the o ring and they won't leak. I don't want to reduce my articulation, I'm just weird like that.

yeah ditto on the HR o ring...the losi set up is better at sealing in the oil...but i will take a "be careful with the o ring" to a plastic cap!!!
