About once a year they come through with dump trucks and just scoop it all up and take it away. The rocks range in size from tiny to 1.5' x 3', about 4" thick. They are some healthy rocks.
I have a put a few ads in Craigslist asking people if they have some head-sized rocks and I've been able to get a good bunch like that.

I'm right off university parkway. Most the time I go up to yucaipa/forest falls area to crawl. I'm down to hit up some new areas. ;)
