Thanks Shell! I too have been thinking about making some pin tires for this little guy. Be sure and let us know if you do make them, I will do the same.

Shelby, you're a good one to ask since you basically swapped over your existing gear with no major changes...
Did you drop any weight in the swap?

Actually I added weight to the wheels so I wouldn't be able to tell you for sure yet, I have been running a heavier overall setup to try it out. So far the Jury is still out.

You're still well under 3 lbs, right?
Those tiny batteries? They are around 325 mAh, correct? It's time for me to get some new ones, and I'd love to be able to build a new servo plate and move it up on the front like that.

Well hopefully I willget some updated pics soon. I am running the vendetta shocks front and rear now. The rears have a long 2mm dubro rod end to get the extra length out of them that the losi shocks had. (Thanks Eddie). I am running losi mini t front medium (red) springs in the rear and the mini T rear soft (silver) springs in the front. Also lightened her up some and she is performing awesome. If only I can learn how to drive it....

Cool crawler! What exactly did you do to your tires to make them taller?

I added a full section of tread to each tire, then cut out the sidewalls and replaced them with proline flatiron sidewalls.

So I made a video of the mini juice in action. It really shows how sick the breakover is without sacrificing handling.

Make sure to watch it in 720P

Thanks guys I had fun making it. This chassis just flat out works! Add a Crawler Mafia handwound motor and then you have an absolutely deadly combination.

Nice Video, for a minute I thought it was oval rock racing

I looked,I don't see where you mention what front servo plate your using.
Did it come with the juice,or another vendor?

So I narrowed the skid and spaced the cab out more, wanted it to mirror the V4 on my 2.2. Comped it and got 3rd, its handling really nicely.

Made a new side panel to accomodate for the motor sticking out. I used a heat gun to form the panel to the motor and motor plate. Should keep it from being a hang-up point.
