| Triangulating Lower Links
Hi Guys My new MRC arrived in the mail today from the states. Im wanting to triangulate the lower links. Is there a vendor that makes one to fit the standard chassis? (I did try searching) Or if you have modded the standard skid, show me some pics. Thanks |

Return it . Right away, and buy the losi mrc PRO raceroller.Thats the best advice your gonna get. I have the gc3 chassis its great ,the pro is just alot lighter. So if you cant return the stock mrc for the pro then just by the gc3 .. Good luck

I dont think this one will be a scaler. Just a crawler. I think im going to try and mod the standard skid to triangulate the lower links. I think I have a plan. I will post up pics when I have it done. |

If you dont already have 4 links setup you should do that.

Well I decided to leave the stock skid alone. Just incase my mod did not work. So I made a skid from parts I had laying around. Now it does not look the prettiest from underneath. But how often do you see that. Seems to work good. Now I just need to get my rear 4 link done. I just need to get some longer m2 bolts so I can move the shocks out wider. My arms would always hit the shocks, so just running the A frame for now. |

I am interested in getting a little more info on the parts (or scraps) you used to do that mod. I have a stock width DMG chassis, and I've been kicking around alternative modifications to triangulate the lower links using the stock skid. In case it helps you, here are two threads on this forum that have attempted to triangulate the lower links using the stock skid: triangluated lowers on stock skid plate...
