Default Michael's Mini.......

Figured I would throw this pos up in a thread since all my other junk have threads. This started out as a mrc pro roller I bought new for 49.99. Comped it for a few months and then bought another mrc with a bj chassis and the lcc mod. Comped it that way for a long while. Brought home a 4th place at ECC with it. These lil fawkers do not turn for crap. I have always hated that about these trucks. While judging the trucks, I always run out of room in the reverse box... After seeing this FRaNKENaXLE! - MRC pumpkin with xr10 tubes/cs/knucks and MAD steering I knew I needed to get to work. I had all the spare parts except the xr rear housing. I started the mod with a front xr housing and got it all mocked up. The link placement would not work out. After staring around in the hobby shop, I glanced over at my wraith and thought hmmm... I did this same thing when I needed some parts for my sporty build. That's another good thing about rear steer on the wraith, extra parts... Here's a parts list and some pics. Thanks for looking.

Y-Town CF chassis
mrc pro axles
HR tranny gears
Dlux wheels
Dlux knuckle weights
Dlux rear link/shock mount
wraith axle housings w/xr uni's
VP chubs/knuckles
OD mod
MIP drive shafts
BWD servo/4link plate
CC mmp esc
Hitech 7950 wired straight to lipo
Losi insane 370

On to the pics

Wraith housings

Dlux wheels stuffed with weights

Steering

What's left over from the donor axle

I used the stock wraith link/shock mounts. They bolt on. Here is a set that VP makes to give you an idea.

but you have the small rod end on the losi shocks and the large hole in the shock mount so what did you use to bolt your shock to the axle?
