A gate is 2 halfs of a tennis ball aprox 16in apart. They are used to mark the course. You drive between them and try not to hit them. Those guys run them over, so don't hit them and you'll kick their azzes easy. I've competed with these guys , you have nothing to worry about. It's their 1st comp every time they go out. Brian, look in the comp threads, in the rules and there's a link to the score sheet. |

| Not at the AFB. 67/167 to Jacksonville, Main St. exit. West on Main street, back under the overpass. Main st. to Redmond Rd. North on Redmond Rd. Turn at the blue sign that reads Paradise Park. Head to the back where all the grown ups are playing with there little R/C cars.

OK, finally got the NEW score sheet, hidden in a super secret location only few have access to, so I called that person. Very easy to use and utilizes the new rules, so new rules it is and we will follow them, with some wiggle room b/c we can. We can have a point out per gate and a total per course. What do you hoser's want? 20 pt/gate, 60 pt/course? or no course point out? I know I want to at least have a chance to finish the course, so the total point out should be done away with, my opinion. Time kept for tie's breakers only. Except for Chip, he only needs 78 seconds, at least that's what his ol' lady said. There, new topic, open for discussion. Speak up you bunch of TARD's. |

I don't care about the gate points, but I can tell you that I and others, especially the travelers will want to finish the course. My vote, no course point outs and no time limits. I have nothing else to do that day, but then again, I'm not traveling. I would just hate to go to a local comp and not get to complete the course, unless I broke down. Let Nat's and other official comps point and time out. | |
