I live in augusta and occasionally go to the bangor/orono area. All I have to crawl with right now is a losi micro and a couple of nylints. I also have a set of clod axles I'm building a trail runner with and should have going soon. I've never done any crawling in the bangor area but I do know a couple of cool spots around augusta.

cool.... thers a few guys on here from schoodic point.... hows them micro's go... i almost bought one awhile back to put a scale chassis and full leaf springs on.... a clod axle based rig should be good for trail running... i have a wheely king axle based trail truck with a axial tranny and an ezrun 32t brushless system that runs pretty good on trails.. its not fast but u can walk beside it....

The micro goes quite well, it's a nice quality little rig, am very happy with it so far.[I've had it about 4 mos now] I made a tvp topless chassis for it and cut 2 coils off each spring, other than that its stock. Lmk next time your goin to GLT, I'm about twenty mins from there. |

cool... every one should have a mud pit lol and yes summits are bad ass lol i had a mmm/2200kv combo in mine on a 4s lipo and it was insane.. ive since gone back to the stock setup(with fat joes for tires) and it is pretty sweet.. tough as nails i hit a stump at full tilt bookie with the mmm system and it just bounced off |

haha AWESOME!!! We should try to set up a trail meet some where. Some where its not to far for some people. And where people don't waste to much gas. Since gas cost an arm and a couple of fingers |
