Thats what I'm thinking. I believe it was Heavy Metal Doc that almost made it last Sunday. Did you get your dig in yet? I think the ledge/tree obstacle would be a little easier with a front dig.

Backing off the ledge could also be the hot ticket.

No word yet on my dig. I was told it shipped out Sept 10.

I hadn't though of the backend first aproach After a half-dozen attempts myself, I'm really interested to see what it takes to make that!

Sweet! If I were to build my 2.2 over again, ARTR is definitely the route I would take.

I might be up for Sunday, I have to be home by 4:15... Were playing Dallas. GO SKINS!!! duck fallas.

I'm meeting H.M. Doc up there tomorrow (thu.) at 5:30 to replace the part he lent me at the last gtg. If anybody cares to join us, I'm sure we'll drain a battery or two. -Brian

I am running the rooster crawler and I really like it. It has great control and great braking. I will let you play with it at the next comp. I have a set of automotive tail lights strung together that will kill a battery fast, but I have been told that you dont want to do this to HiMH or LiPo batteries, only NiCad

We are meeting at Sugarloaf Mtn. Park on the 19th of Oct. Come on up! There is a Sugarloaf thread in the Maryland sub-forum with directions.

Hope to see you there.

I just heard that my dig is in Maryland now. So I should have it buy the 19th of October.

Has anyone else had delivery problems with CKRC?

I'm not sure how bad it has been for you, but CKRC has been consistently slow for me - 3 orders all on stuff in stock took close to 2 weeks to arrive good stuff / good prices - just slow to get here.

It took 13 shipping days to recieve my order. It will have to be a crazy good deal for me to order from them again.

I did get my stuff today.
