So has anyone decided how we are going to do a local forum?

I think what would make it successful is make it SUPER simple.

Only 3 or 4 sub forums.

User rigs (scale & comp)

GTG/comps - chitchat

For sale/wanted.

I tend to get lost in this place, and if were going to have another forum, it better be damn simple for my peanut sized brain.

Hell, 1 sub forum has been working alright here.

Everything so far sounds good to me and i x2 the idea of keeping it simple with around 4 sub groups

Event Planning
Classifieds w/ separate For Sale and Wanted subforums

That ok? If for some reason future forums are needed, we can add them later.

I was joking about everyone being a mod. Do you want to do the artwork? I'm fine with skinning the site, but I bring the suck with photoshop and and the related crap. We could use some banners and a logo of sorts for the header.

I am aweful at photoshop and other image editing software. JamisonWorkshop is good on it i believe. He might do that stuff for the site.

You know you're going to break Allen's heart with that message on the temporary site, right?

All sounds good to me. I am by no means special with photo shop. Which reminds me I am awful on getting things done (Sorry Justin).
Let me know what file the artwork would need to be in or how to make a page look good( have access to do it ). and I can make something look nice at least.

It's live enough for posting. Let me know how the latency is. I may have to tweak some things to speed it up. Once I figure out the final style, I'll post up for some help with the graphics.

Feel free to run rampant, and find any errors. I haven't had a chance to install any plugins or coding fixes, so some things will change later this week or this weekend.
