there are tons of hobby shops in MD. i usually go to hobby town usa in frederick

Hobby works in Rockville, The Track in Gaithersburg, Mimi the owner is very good at ordering things she doesn't have in stock. There's a GPA Hobbies somewhere. And Pastimes in Gaithersburg, John always had tons of Tamiya stuff.

Gpa is across the street from me but doesnt have much. I am in Crofton.
