Yup, right here online....towerhobbies. Now I dont really know if there is a BIG difference between them. But all the ones one the page should do just fine for a toolbox. Well except for the tube of course. lol http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...SEARCH=styrene |

Thanks!! This stuff looks awesome!! lol I wonder if you could make a ladder rack with the tubing of that suff, that would look pretty cool. The material would make a good cover for the bed too. Would you recommend a sprayable paint or a brush applied paint cause of the small size of the shell???

And try to not have any oil on it. Like from your hands and stuff. Just like wash your hands before you paint. Because you might handle it before you paint. lol. If you dont then you will more than likely be able to see your finger prints. | |

If I painted it it would look like a crime scene! hahaha, idk if I painted it probably wouldn't turn out so good. Ill have to get some paint and try! lol So my list is to peel the crap off from the sticker, get some of that styrene for the bed, and paint it lol. Now i need to look at Hobby Gear's stuff to find something for it!! I really want a canoe for this thing!

I painted this 1/24 Land Rover with some craft paint and it doesnt look that bad, not bad for a paint brush. I'll try to fit this body on to my Losi Micro crawler one day!! Last edited by MICHIGAN CRAWLER; 08-28-2011 at 10:23 PM. |

Yeah I really want to put it on, but not sure how I'm gonna mount it because if I drill holes in it for the posts all the paint would probably all fall off. Haha the paint is for like painting school projects i was really suprised it looks alright! |

Im just gonna probably extend the posts with brass so maybe I won't have to cut holes into the body! I finally figured out what color to paint my dodge, but im going to use hobby grade paint. I picked the color gray, because I seen a standard cab dodge on the road with stacks coming out of the back. So I knew I had to paint it gray, it had some cool chrome rims on it too, which i'm gonna try to find a look alikes for my truck. Although I didn't get a picture of it cause it was kinda far away!!! :( It kind of looked like this, but this one doesnt have the stacks, lift, and rims and tires. Although it is the same color as the one I seen!!! I got the picture from this site below http://www.trucktrend.com/features/c.../photo_04.html Last edited by MICHIGAN CRAWLER; 08-29-2011 at 05:37 PM. |
