I am assuming the servo motor will be a fine pair with this transmission. The key word is that I am assuming, but that is how I intend to use it.

Ahhh this is for the Gelande2, not tranny V2. I get it. If you bought the truck recently you can get the tranny.

Received the tranny(and new body) today. This thing is tiny! Output shafts are way lower than OE. Its comes with a motor bolted up to it too.

One thing id like to note: I cannot rotate the transmission by hand, so I will be opening it up to check the alignment of the gears.

Also, ill likely run it with the provided motor first to test the product as they intended it to be used. THEN SERVO MOTOR!!! Yay!

And a free, surprise, ornament(and afew stickers too)

I installed mine last night I couldn't turn by hand but it works great plenty of torque not bad on speed either maby a little more than half the original speed. Also to be made of plastic the little thing has some weight to it

Update! I was able to get the V2 transmission installed and tested and I must say I am very happy with the results. The flat ground speed compared to the original transmission is not quite the same but the torque and crawling capabilities are way better! Not quite as strong as the dual motor set up that I just removed however more flat ground speed is available by a lot. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to those who are still running the original transmission or those who would like a little bit more speed that are running the dual Motor transmission.

finally installed mine and i love it! "IDLE" is much slower and very torquey, top speed is fair but slower than before!
this is the tranny the 1/18th Gelande2 should have come with in the first place... I will have a video tomorrow, but it will be posted in my build thread(Godzooky)

RC4WD, please release a kit version that includes an ALL METAL V2 Tranny. Thank you.



i also installed my servo today, thats been in my tackle box for mooonnnthsssss... (EMAX ES08MA II)
only have EP set to 85%, servo has alot more travel to offer, and its stronger than the stock servo(That is still operating fine)
