I dont recall seeing them before they must have been released recently or been out of stock forever.

so far which one is working better on the barrage?
They are a hair taller and more narrow. Not by much

The Scramblers measure around 62mm or 2 7/16” tall, and 21mm or 27/32” wide roughly. And the Miclaws are 59mm or 2 5/16” tall, and 24mm or 15/16” wide roughly. Here’s some comparison pics:

wow thanks for the photos.

those tires are definitely new to me, those miclaw stopped production about time someone came with a similar size tire.
To bad they are out of stock.

have you try them on about the same area/rocks how to they compare?

I think the scramblers are better rubber I like my miclaws but I paid so much for them I'm scared to use them

I have yet to actually run the Scramblers. I have run the Miclaws though, and the are amazingly good tires. The tread is almost too aggressive, the lugs like to get caught under rock ledges if you’re not careful.

I emailed RC4WD a few days ago and they said the scramblers would be back in stock in 2-3 weeks.

Imo don't be afraid to run them, that's what they are for and they do no good sitting there.
I have a set that I use and in most cases for Micro crawlers they will last a good while anyway.
I have another set new in package, but just the other day I was made an offer I couldn't refuse on my new in box Trekker, micro crawler, and new in package Miclaws. It will be sad to see them go and I'm sure I'll regret it for any amount haha. Plus even once the miclaws do wear our the scramblers are a great and more scale replacement. They are softer and stickier IMO

I've never run them with beadlocks. In fact the bead is tight enough they lock on a standard micro wheel fine. The bead is also different enough that I don't know how well they'd fit in beadlocks for Losi style tires.

I asked on the other thread about beadlock, but if they would work without that is nice as they are way cheaper lol.
what wheel are you using with the scrambler

Tennesseetommy81 those are some nice photos.
did you end up changing the trans how is running?
low end torque, fast?

I use the rc4wd stamped steel wheels they 're cheap and have some weight to them the ftx trans and motor gives plenty of torque and decent wheel speed
