Default Jumping on the Wagon...Power Wagon it is

So I picked this up today, one of the truly intriguing rigs I have seen released lately my lhs had a few in stock and well what can I say I like the look.

My front yard rock garden is about perfect size to be a little playground...

I have to say it has great value for what it is. Hardbody oil filled shocks, bead lock rims and Proline tires for the same price as a scx24 Gladiator...

They kept the price down by putting a shittier esc in. The spectrum unit in the power wagon is per noisy and lacks the low speed resolution of the blue v2 ecs. I was very disappointed. I actually ordered a v2 esc for mine. I will just use the transmitter from my gladiator.

Looks nice! Loving the tires and the body, and the oil shocks? Finally!

It looks a bit narrow overall, I would guess it's a bit tippy - especially with all the accessories that tack on the back.

It is I left off the roof top tent because it feels like a solid piece of plastic probably 1/2 the weight of the whole body. I did throw on the bed rack and accessories... took her into the front yard after work this afternoon...

I am also using her to haul off the weeds that grow in my rock garden pictured

Low speed resolution seems fine to me, I haven't driven a Gladiator, but it crawls with very fine control Mine is super quiet too. My only complaint is the lack of power and wheel speed... But that probably due to the overall weight and tiny motor.

i have a few of each of the scx24 esc's, the v1 is by far the worst, followed by the new power wagon esc, the v2 is for sure hands down the better of the 3, it really isn't even a competition

if you think the power wagon is good, you'll love a v2

Such a great looking little truck. I'm gonna grab me a green one and a trailer once the hit the shelves here in Canada.

I'm hoping my TRX4M Furitek Bettle will fit on the trailer.

It is a great little rig. I was looking at the trailer, and it is quite large easily able to carry the power wagon at least.

Perfect! I stopped at my LHS on the way to work tonight and ordered a green Powerwagon. Should have it sometime next week. I'll probably order the trailer when I pick up the truck.

Stopped by the lhs after work today, took advantage of Black Friday sale and brought home the trailer and some other goodies for my rigs today.

I believe the pinion gear on the motor has changed from a 10 to a 9 tooth on this model . It really needs a bigger motor for towing .
