Another great day for a get together! The perfect way to close out the "SnowCrawl" series was with temps in the 70's and some crawling with friends. This season was fun for me, as I always felt welcomed and also appreciate the way the group is always willing to help everyone else.

A big thank you to Phil for opening up his place and allowing us a place to gather.

Also, thanks to Dana, Derek, Greg, River, and everyone else who made the season what it was. Without their volunteering, I would not have had the enjoyable time crawling I experienced this year.

I look forward to crawling this Spring/Summer, but am more excited for Next Winter's SnowCrawl series!

Thanks again to everyone! Keep the shiny side up! See you all soon!

Can't thank Phil enough for dedicating his garage to the hobby and letting us all partake.

I downloaded a bunch of Als pics off of FB.

Hey y'all, thanks for the flowers, but it's everyone that makes this work. Dana, River, Derek, Greg, Adam and more have been over here helping design, install, test, refine, retest, re-refine, etc. And we wouldn't do it (well, not to this extent) if you guys weren't showing up to beat your rigs up.

I'm gonna be off here for a while, work is starting up and so my time gets allocated elsewhere. Don't hesitate to give me a call if you come up with an idea for improving the course/event!

We'll do this again next winter, you can bet!

I gotta say that I remember like 3 years ago when I first met Phil. I had put a post on the MN page here wondering if there was any Blaine people that crawled. I got a few response but the one that stood out the most was this guy who wrote everything in orange text. We pmed a bit back an forth to each other chatting about spots to crawl and what rig each other had. It was not till after a week or so Phil decided to ask if I wanted to come over to his house since he had built a very small rock pile ramp thing in his back yard. So I said sure why the hell not. All I can say is when I saw this mean looking SUV pull up to my drive way I got pretty nervous and once this old man walked out of it with his leather jacket on his top hat and skulls everywhere I asked myself what the hell I got myself into. But once I realized Phil wasent such a "mean" guy after all I couldn't stop going back to his house to help him work on his rig and go crawling with him. Its amazing how people who are roughly 30 years apart can have so much fun driving a tiny toy truck around a state park for hours on end.
Thanks Phil for getting me back into RCs and opening your home your life and your garage to me. Without you I would have probably quit RCs and had so much more money to spend on other things besides RCs but hey its a hobby!

Thanks again Phil!
