Default Snowcrawl #6

Hey Y'all, it's been a crazy week, but...how about another Snowcrawl? There's no snow, so maybe we just get together and take 'em for a run thru the park?

March 22nd, 11:00am, bring your boots and batteries and let's go exploring!

If the majority of you want to run the course, we can do that, too. This Series is for y'allz!!

I'll be there, I think Ill be running FarmTruck for the trail since I haven't touch Stubby yet, so I'll just gorilla tape my electronics box to keep water and mud out.

The trail run won't have any required water exposure...optional, yes, but not required. There is some steep terrain, nothing worse than TF, except the surface is leaf-covered dirt...can be slick!

Hey y'all, here are the results of Snowcrawl 6:

Derek and Slimer took First in 1.9 with another flawless run of 3:28, beating 2nd place by over a minute and a half clock time, and over two minutes after penalties (not his!) Awesome driving!

Phil and Clyde took second with 5:51.
Greg took 3rd with 6:15
Dana drove Kylie's Deadbolt to 4th, 9:01
Kevin had a better clock time, but penalties put him a minute behind Adam for 5th and 6th.

In the 2.2s:
Greg and the awesome Wroncho burned thru the course with a clock time of 1:56. ONE FIFTY-SIX! That time woulda placed third in the 2.2 Pro Comp class!! Apply the bonus gate, and his time dropped to 1:11, beating the 2.2 Pro best time by 39 seconds. I think he should be banned for life!
Dana took 2nd with a 1:59. Another stellar run.
Derek took 3rd with Farm Truck, 5:14
Phil took 4th with Beast, 5:38.
5th went to Easton with 5:53. Only one touch, and a stock Spawn. This kid can drive!!! 7 years old, look out y'all, he's a force to reckon with!
Kevin went 4th on the clock, but those penalties kicked him to the rear again.

2.2 Pro:
Dana, 1:50 clean run.
Adam, 1:53, but 1 touch for 2:08
Phil, 2:24 plus 1 T for 239
Kevin, 3:37 + 2 T, 4:07

After the indoor course running, we pulled on the boots and took off into the woods behind my place. Lots of fun, and we didn't touch the vast majority of the available terrain!

So, who wants to do this again? I think there's time for maybe one more before my work sched gets in the way.
