| Kcco's Homebrew 6x6 build
Well with being a truck driver I've wanted to build a 6x6 for quite a while now.. The chassis is a homebrew chassis with low center of gravity and multiple link mounts it's just like his other chassis he builds that I also have a carbon fiber Homebrew 2.2 comp truck and a aluminum Homebrew 1.9 comp truck so why not a Homebrew 6x6 Last edited by KCCO; 05-29-2016 at 03:46 PM. |

I have a good start on parts I have and ordered!! The cab will be a blue Mack granite cab I've ordered from eBay!! And the axles will be scx10 with blue vanquish Stage 1.. It's gonna have a castle 3800kv brushless censored motor. It will have traxxas big bore shocks with Losi mini springs and cap mod . It will also have a savox 1231 servo 444oz tq should be plenty to turn this beast.. I have 8 wheels and tires I've ordered off of eBay there knock off beadlocks and tires they kinda look like Dick Cepek dc-2 wheel and the tires I have no clue what they look like but there 108mm tall tire couldn't pass up the price Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Last night with a lot of help from Nerby we got some work done on the 6x6 Got the frame put together using axial cross members and I'm using a smw skid. For right now I'm using plastic axial links for the scx10 axles for mock up to figure out what i need and then have a final set of carbon links made up that's it for this weekend Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Last edited by KCCO; 05-29-2016 at 03:57 PM. |

You will be surprised truly it's different but cool you get an extra set of tires to help push you over! 149 r/c worx team driver Last edited by snapon boy; 06-08-2016 at 08:38 AM. |
