Just tell "work" rhat you have come down with a sudden case of Herpeghonosyphilaids. I'm sure they will be understanding, if not frightened a bit.

I thought about calling in sick anyway... the thing that sucks is that I even requested the day off.... I'm a lawn and garden salesman at sears, and they are claiming that its gonna be one of the biggest days of the year for selling mowers this saturday, im calling bull. how late does one of your guys' meets usually last, say if i get off at about 2pm, would I still be able to make it? |

we'll be starting the thing around 1:30... we'll get done around 4 or 5. So you'll have plenty of time... And the last thing I even wanna think about is mowing right now.... |

What kind of "terrain" will we be encountering on Saturday? I'm just wondering if I should have my truck set up for crawling or bashing. I have a 65t motor and a 17t motor depending on what kind of fun I'm going to have. |

KwkRide: Here's a thread with some pics from the last GTG at Elmwood park... should give you an idea... Omaha GTG, 9/16/06 BTW, guys, my wife (and, subsequently, the kids) are thinking of coming along. Is there a playground or somewhere the kid can go play there? |

Looks like maybe I should put the 17t in, but I wish I had a smaller pinion. A 19 tooth is the smallest that I have. Of course I could put my 24 tooth pinion on the 65t motor. Last edited by kwkride; 03-28-2008 at 04:32 PM.

BTW, my truck's not water proof . . . . . I burned up the first ESC with a little dab of snow melting from the body. |
