damn.. i hope u feel better.

Well i am not sure excatly where the spot is and i work @ 3pm today. I am down to go, if someone knows where we are going. I am also down to go somewhere else and try this again next weekend.

If you enter, red springs area at calico basin NV, into Google Maps, you'll see it. I think we all go higher up, that is down low, up behind, and a little left of the Calico Basin paved parking lot.

Can you crawl from there to Lower Calico - I know you "could" find a path from Lower to Upper?

Anyone up for 100-200 gates Calico Ultimate Challenge in the making right there....

Couple of us are going to Cliff Shadow to get some video for the KMS winch Friday afternoon. Hoping to get there between 3 and 4.

Any and all are welcome to come and join - just be prepared to get winched around.
Let me know if you need directions.

I'll be there.. be there around 4pm-ish. We meeting down below where the bigger climbs are for the winch or in the parking lot? up by the parking lot, the climbs are not as straight up, but... there is more loose packed hills for more wheel spin and winching.
either spot is good for me.

with the sun being up to 8pm these days, ive been able to hit my favorite crawling spot at calico basin. ive been going there about 5pm on wed. and thurs. after 4pm the entire area is shaded which makes it nice during the summer. I love the lower section and I was able to find the red springs area which is just about 100 yds past the rock climbers.. If anyone has some free time in the late afternoon on wed. or thurs. come join me.
