|  Wanting to get into crawling, Farmington area
OK, moved this from newbie area to local area. I've always been into RC since I was young. And do full size rock crawling around this area and want to get into competition RC crawling. I want a crawler I can get to start into 2.2 comp crawling around here. My price limit for the crawler, radio, upgrades is around $1000-$1500 Would seem like MOA is the more common one around here. Not sure if I should get a kit and build on it or go from scratch. Thanks! |

I suggest watching the local thread and attending one of their comps. Take a look at what those guys are driving and ask them some questions. You can find some decent rigs in the for sale section if you know what to look for. Hope you join us, its a lot of fun and you will be amazed what todays rigs can do. |

We sill be having a comp on Saturday the 15 just south of graffiti bowl. We will be setting courses around 9 and starting to crawl at 10.
