| HS5645 glitching question
What usually causes this? I am running this for a front steer servo. I haven't had much luck with this servo to be honest. I already had it warrantied (repaired) over a month ago. I run a TQ3 radio. All other functions in my radio work fine forward, reverse/brake, rear steer servo. I only run one battery for the servos and motors. I have a Tekin Rebel 2 ESC. Is my TQ3 to blame possibly? Last time the HS5645 pooped out I switched all my channels around on my radio to check for a bad channel but everything was ok. Thanks for any help. |

im not a 100% sure, but i think it might be your bec in your esc. the bec powers the servos and if over worked, could cause glitching. castle makes an external bec that plugs into your radio for aroun $25. Holmes Hobbies has them. This could possibly solve your problem.

The Rebel 2 is 6 volts and 3 amps I think so that shouldn't be an issue power wise.Do your servo wires come close to the motor or esc?
