Hey man, I have the Goat 3s too, and mine, although brand new, is back at Novak getting repaired/replaced. Before it just crapped out, it did the same thing. Forward was slow, as I figured it would be for good torque for crawling, but the strange part is that reverse was really fast and not very controlled. I had the intention of reprogramming it, but then it quit working altogether. Have you tried any different settings on it by using the programming feature? Frankly, I was unhappy with mine, considering I haven't been able to drive my Honcho yet, and now I have to wait for it to be sent back. In addition, the install is kind of a pain with all the wires! Keep me posted on if reprogramming it helps, or if you figure anything out with the speedy reverse. Are you using 3s?

You could also either post in this thread:
Official Novak Crawler Products Thread
Or, PM the guy named Charlie that posted in that thread, as he is an employee of Novak and said he is here to help.
