i have that esc outside and i have lights in the little box and big box in front i have my winch and i have my reciever, what u think?

Velcro in to the top of the box and then add a zip tie to it for extra insurance.

Did you change anything? Is it mechanical, or is it the servo?

The stock RTR electronics are not very stout.

WHICH plastic piece?

You really need to be more specific if you want help.

Have you looked at the instruction manual? Are you aware that there are upgrade parts?

Servo horn.

Rock Lizars should work. Not the best tire, but on a scaler, it'll work.
