| Novak too Tekin or ????
THIS IS NOT A NOVAK BASH THREAD............. My Novak 18.5 brushless shit the bed again, so I'm going to have to send it back, again..... My question is this, what is the BEST brushless crawler system out there, I don't care about price I want the BEST........ I know this is a loaded question but I thought I would throw that out there and let you guys tear it up. I had the 18.5 but would have rather had the 21.5, so who makes the equal to the Novak 21.5? I don't want to hear your Novak problems/issues/hates/troubles......I do want to hear your "I Like's" about other brush less systems. This is going in my sportsman rig so I want something with a killer drag brake....Heath. Last edited by newmexicocrawler; 03-28-2011 at 06:13 PM. |

I run a MMP with a tekin 21.5 motor and a 14mm rotor and love it. But I think the best brushless motor yet is soon to be released but tekin Here's the link World release, Tekin ROC 412 |

I'm running a 18.5 brushless in my truggy and it works great the only thing is its kinda a pain to program it. Either way i don't think you can go wrong with a Novak or a Tekin

another vote for an mamba max pro and tekin motor. my 17.5 doesn't even get warm in my lnc. the mmp has a lot of advantages (ungodly programmability, 6s input....etc.) and i future proofed my truck a lot with that. can't really say anything as to drag brake as the worms do it for me....imo you just can't go wrong with the mmp and tekin combo, only downside of the mmp is size.
