I have no clue......I wouldn't buy a Spektrum in the first place. Maybe if you search around (google search, hobby forums, Ebay, etc.) you can get an idea of prices.

I would either do a Futaba (3PM-x or 4PL) or a hacked FS GT3B.

How many channels do you want/need?? A "cheap" DX3.0 may not do what you want, thus it's a waste of money (regardless of price....)

That radio looks very similar to my jr xs3. Wonder if there made by the same company. I only use mine for one rc so having more than 4 model memory wouldn't mater much.

I wouldnt pay more than $60, since you can get a brand new DX3E for that price.....which is a much better radio, BTW.

I can never understand why people can't just answer the question.

I did answer, "I wouldn't buy one."
Then I asked a question to see if the DX3.0 would even do what the OP wanted to do which would negate a price in the first place.

One person answered, nobody else did.

He wants to know what a fair price is, not whether or not you would buy one.

And to the OP, I usually go a rule of 1/3 the price of a new one. So $60 for the radio only sounds about right.

Just remember the DX3.0 only has a 2 position switch for the 3rd channel, that might not work for you depending what you want to do with it.
