Need some shock advice

I've been looking at the G-made shocks (transition and zero models), to upgrade the stock shocks on my wraith. I've done a ton of searches on here and found some good info on the G-made shocks.

I have a couple questions about the G-made shocks.

What is the difference between the Zero and Transition shocks?

My stock shocks are approximately 103mm from top mounting hole to bottom mounting hole. What would be the best length to get (90mm or 104mm)? I know that going with the 90mm will lower my ride height, but what are some advantages or disadvantages with going with a shorter shock vs. staying with a 104mm shock?

Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

I got the 104's and run the droop kit. They seemed a little stiff when I first built them, but they have settled in, and I'm happy with them.

The advantages to the shorter shocks would be a lower COG, slightly more up-travel, and better overall stabilty at higher speeds.

The advantages to the longer shocks are more flex and vertical travel, and possibly better stability when crawler.

I'm running the stock shocks on my Wraith with the fronts moved to the rearmost hole up top with a couple rounds of preload taken out, and the rear upper shock mount flipped. This lowers the COG without reducing the overall travel.

I have the 125mm Zeros in my AX-10 and while they are alright, I should have gone with 4" losi for not much more money.
